Full service with no burger temp choices?

I can't donate blood because I lived in England for a year in the early 90's - due to concerns about mad cow disease. Ironically, I haven't eaten meat in over 20 years.

I encountered the same problems donating blood after living in France for a couple of years even though I had been a very regular donor previously. They sure are cutting off a lot of potential donors these days for hard to prove issues. By the way I did eat and do eat meat!

Same reason you cant bring finger nail clippers with the file attached on an airplane...you could hijack the plane by threatening them all with bad pedicures.

The rule doesn't have to make sense, it was made by government officials! They did something so in their mind it has to be the right thing.
