Because extending a law intended to deter teen-age drinking to hassle a parent for carrying his baby into a bar while waiting for dinner would be ridiculous?

I was under the impression that it isn't illegal in Kentucky, but I can assure it is verboten in Indiana. I used to look the other way when the under-21 was baby-sized. It gets harder to do the older they are.

I say this more as venting a frustration because I know it would never happen, I would love to see a restaurant ban unaccompanied/ignored teenagers. I say ignored meaning adults come in sit at a table while the teens sit at another loud bumping your chairs as they go 2 by 2 to the restroom. I would gladly have a baby or toddler at the next 3 tables than one group of teens.

I agree Bev. In short, there seems to be an abundance of rude people of all ages. It's not just children anymore that fail to use manners. There seems to be a general disregard for civility and thoughtfulness in the public. No wonder other nations think of Americans as rude, pushy and self-centered . It's just now becoming evident here at home.
