I think this will have an impact on the hardware store at Rudy Lane, but hopefully it will take more business away from Home Depot/Lowe's.

Plans currently include a restaurant from an Indy- based restaurant group- potentially like this: http://www.meshonmass.com/. Sadly, it appears the medical building would be built in the former Azaleas space.
