I think that's the AdSense intuition *wink*. Google picks up key words in the content and advertises accordingly (if I'm not mistaken).

That's not direct, Mark. It's probably a Google ad being delivered because Da Google's Eye In The Sky senses that Papa John's is being talked about here. Kind of eerie, but I'll take the revenue stream. It beats charging you guys dues!

Correct, Jackie. Actually, primary sponsors - folks who come direct to us for ads - get priority in the rotation; then when they've been served, Google comes in to fill up the gaps with ads. Some fit the context very nicely, some are a little odd, and some look sleazy (online dating sites and such). When I see the latter kind, I go fill in a form on the Google Mother Ship that keeps them from coming back.

Brian,
Sorry about the adjective 'delusional', I should have said 'inaccurate'. Though a 'ville resident now I was born & raised on the Sunny Side. Our southern neighbors were notoriously parochial, ignoring a lot of south Hoosier businesses that made good. You can tell I still get prickly when I think I perceive it, mistakenly in this case!
Interesting topic / poll in any case. Thanks for bringing it up!

No need to worry Shane, as far as I know, deleting my profile will not delete me from real life.

The design of a poll/survey is driven by the desired information. So, since the pollster in this case doesn't care about the opinion of foodies who never eat at national pizza chains or have no opinion of same, this is a perfectly designed poll for his purposes.

He learns nothing that he wishes to know from a collection of non-of-the-above answers , notwithstanding the emotional satisfaction some would experience by entering such a response.

One of the reasons I wanted a "none-of-the-above' type option was so that I would able to see the poll results without having to cast a vote. I dont think its possible to see the results without voting...or am I mistaken?

EDIT...I guess you can....my bad.
The tall one wants white toast, dry, with nothin' on it.
And the short one wants four whole fried chickens, and a Coke.
