I also just looked at their website and it states :

"We believe in supporting the local producers
and for that reason is the only bakery in
the Louisville Cupcake market allowed
to display the Ky Proud logo."

This is not true at all. My business is a KY Proud member

Well most of you will be happy to know they won't be permanent tenant. According to their facebook, they will only be doing weekends from November 18th to Dec 18th. just for the holiday season.

Whoa, hold on! How does the temporary thing work?

How does the health department govern that, is stuff baked on premises? Are you baking off site, and bringing it in ?
I know Caramanda's had a temp spot in the mall, I never bothered to think about it.

They have to have a certified kitchen to cook out of. Which the owners of this store do. In order to sell baked goods at a farmers market you have to cook out of a certified kitchen.

Whoa! I ran into those guys at the Bourbon Festival in Bardstown last month (I was down there for a different reason, no, really  ) and bought a bag of locavore garlic. It is (or was) awesome! Very fresh, and very good, strong but clean garlic flavor. I got the real stuff, not the mild elephant garlic. Do you carry their garlic cloves in bags, Jamie? I will definitely be by for some if you do.

No,sorry Robin  . We carry their products that are in jars. We can't have the smell of garlic outweighing the smell of our baked goods lol. We carry Elisabeth's Sweet Garlic mustard, Bourbon Garlic sauce and their Chipolte Garlic Jelly.

Jamie,
Consider adding their Garlic Jelly. We love it and used to carry it at our store. Took some into my office recently for an appetizer party ( served over cream cheese ) and I could have sold 4 jars on the spot. Great for easy holiday entertaining!

Yea, I get that, if you cooked on sight at market, you had to have a three "sink" set up. Pickle buckets, sanitizer, and soap and water, were the best available to fit the bill. I guess if it is already prepared you had to prove to the powers that be you are set up legit outside. The health department would visit often!

I wish them well, for their "chutzpah"

I don't understand why so many people dislike cupcakes. What is wrong with a reasonably portioned sweet treat, wherein you can select a different flavor for each member of your family to fit their personal preferences?
