And I propose the word "foodie" never be used again. I can better tolerate "Food Dad" or "Food Mom" or even "Gastro Dork" 'Epicurean" (ANYTHING other than "foodie") but maybe "Food Bro". Yes, I will acknowledge Food Bro yet may puke the next time upon hearing "foodie".

I fixed the best bbq ribs last night ... I boiled them first in the crockpot for several hours, then finished them in the oven with my favorite Kraft BBQ sauce. They were cooked just right, falling off the bone I tell you. I served them as an appetizer with chilled Coors light before moving on to the main course of Papa John's pepperoni pizza.

(Dislaimer: I hope this cynicism and lack of serousness in this post is obvious)
