I like the following in no particular order because it is too hard to decide.

Bluegrass Burgers (beef burger with avocado and Kenny's Bleu Gouda)
Bambi Bar
Bourbon's Bistro (looks like a Dr Seuss-Burger but very very good)
Jack Fry's

Bunz typically does it for me. Though I must say I enjoy the burger at proof as well.

I've eating at the new Home Run Burger quite a bit lately and I like them alot. I think the bun makes the burger there!

Had the burger at the Granville last night. Never had it in all the many, many, MANY times I've eaten at the Grannie. It was an okay burger. Guess I expected more from what I had heard. The meat was a little too greasy and the burger didn't hold together well. While a perfect medium temperature, the burger could have used more char on the outside.
Thinks the frosty mug is the low point in American history.

I'm just saying, ....."I had the audacious good fortune to treat my good friend to his first best cheeseburger in Louisville yesterday. Another convert. My work here is far from over.....everyone must see the light!" From one our favorite customers at the Shady Lane.

Stopped in at Home Run Burger the other day had not been in a long time, but was at Trader joes and my sister was really wanting a burger so that is where we wound up. She had never tried Home Run and is pretty old school about her burgers...grilled buns, grilled onions nothing foo foo...she was very happy, so was I.

NAX has a very tasty burger and has yet to be mentioned. They also have a great beer and cocktail lists that are priced very fairly.

anyone mention the wizz-burger at dizzy whizz? with a name like that i can't imagine why it didn't becoma a national sensation!!
i also like the burgers at flanagans. they can get pretty creative with some of the specials and the quality is always good.
never had the burgers at bourbons or jack fry's. i just can't bring myself to order a burger in an upscale restaurant..

I love this topic..

Anyways, I could go on and on... WW Cousins, Bourbon's Bistro, Cahoot's, Bluegrass Burgers, Jack Fry's..

But the one I always go back to is at BBC. The bison burger (medium/medium rare) with white cheddar, bacon, on a pretzel bun followed with about 14 beers lol. LOVE IT!
