They were running a Sake Bomb special when I went a couple weeks ago, so I know they have beer and sake, at the very least.

I tried the Cold Tofu Appetizer when I went a while back, and it was very different, but very delicious. It was a very soft tofu served on ice, with a dipping sauce. The tofu itself was slightly sweet. Good for a hot evening, but I am still stuck on the Spicy Tofu...

You probably missed my review, Caroline.

There’s a short list of beers, wines and Japanese sake, plus Japanese green tea or soft drinks to wash it all down.

Went for lunch to day and loved it! Talking with the owner we realized we are all from Seattle having moved to Louisville around the same time. It was not long before the conversation settled on the Mariners baseball. Wonderful sushi in over the top portions. I got a tip from the owner that all the fish comes in on Thursday so take yourself down there tonight!

We went last night for the first time. I am a vegetarian, so the fresh fish was lost on me - but I was very happy with everything we ordered, and also happy there were vegetarian things to choose from. Sushi places can be challenging sometimes for a vegetarian.

We had the spicy tofu appetizer which was great! Could have been a tad spicier for my tastes, but I understand that must be a tough line for a chef to walk in terms of heat levels. I also had the vegetable fried rice, which is a great bargain and yummy! Not too greasy at all, loved the "stickiness" of the rice. And I had a veggie roll as well.

Great food, great value, and wonderful service. I highly recommend it! Hopefully they can turn the curse of that location around!
