Would love to try a new pizza - especially this one due to its special meaning! If the date that's set works for us, we'll be there. It will be nice to meet the proprietors - my husband also moved to Louisville from Seattle (about 12 years ago.) He worked in pizzerias in Olympia and Seattle, and is highly opinionated about the craft. I'm sure you all will be able to compare experiences.
