We went round and round with one of the "Geniuses" at Oxmoor last year. My iPhone kept crashing. He told me it was because I didn't power it off enough. I told him that it was doing a fine job of powering itself off. Next time we have an Apple issue, I'll start at the manager.

That seems right. I was trying to give them money and no one was inclined to take any.

Great idea except it doesn't exist anymore! Wal-Mart and Target beat you to the idea!
