medium-rare burgers

Here's an update on my medium-rare burger issue. As I said before, Dave has left his position as executive chef at Nio's , so we are looking for a new favorite restaurant close to our home in Crescent Hill. I think I have found mine. Chef Michael Crouch fixed a delicious medium- rare for three of the four people at our table this evening. He even had to joke with me about it, because he had seen my original message on this forum.Thank's Michael for a good burger, and a new"home".

Might want to specify that we're talking about Bourbons Bistro here. Er, we ARE talking about Bourbon's Bistro, aren't we?
