Thanks for the greasefreaks link. I had never checked that out before. Take note of another Chicago tradition,no lettuce on the gyros.
The tall one wants white toast, dry, with nothin' on it.
And the short one wants four whole fried chickens, and a Coke.

Most of those hot dogs on greasefreak look more like salads than hot dogs! Hot dogs are supposed to be about meat not vegetables. I'm OK with some relish and other condiments but lettuce, tomato slices, pickle spears, etc are just wrong!

Now, some of the chili looks great and please note none of it has pasta!
