C'mon -- don;t be modest; of course they're impressive. Also, don't forget that it took a long time before we could get beers of that caliber, so you're coming out of the chute with multiple barrels pouring. Congratulations are in order, my man.

I believe there are a couple of 2000 Reservas in my stash ... although I could be thinking of a later vintage. 2002? I'd have to go to work and look.

After reading your comment, I ordered the bourbon barrel stout a couple of nights ago after the Bats game. Wow, that is some seriously tasty stuff.

Awesome! Yeah it is like a great wine.The taste lingers on for 5-10 minutes. It's not to hot and not to blended down.Great balance.Next time you make it down to Browning's try his Fluer De Lis IPA then move up to his Double IPA She-Devil.

I had more than a few of the She Devil Double IPA last night at Nachbar.

Sitting outside (before the rain) with friends, drinking that delicious beer and watching an impromptu Germantown fireworks display added up to a very enjoyable Independence Day.
