I just had a mighty fine Miller Lite. That triple hopping does it every time.

It IS great, but give me Miller Genuine Draft in the black can! It's genuine!

I prefer mine fully krausened.
The tall one wants white toast, dry, with nothin' on it.
And the short one wants four whole fried chickens, and a Coke.

WTF is a fully krausened beer anyway, or is just something Old pile made up?

Yeah, That was the old joke in Chicago...when you a few too many you were considered to be fully krausened. Its been a long time since I had an Old pile, but I saw a can the other day and it still said that on the can.

http://byo.com/component/resource/artic ... techniques

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.p ... 0krausened

Synonym for drunk. Pronounced "kroy-zind."

Origin: Heileman's Old Style Beer once advertised itself as "Fully Krausened." Krausening is a brewing process of naturally carbonating beer by adding a little fresh fermenting beer to the finished product and letting it finish out in an air tight environment, so that the CO2 which is produced is absorbed into the liquid. While legitimate in origin, the term became associated with drinking too much beer.

Most commonly heard in Chicago, Wisconsin, and other parts of the US Midwest where Old Style is most available and popular.

Dad downed a six-pack before halftime of the Packers game. He rants about Favre when he's fully krausened.

I'm so sorry that we didn't have the chance to sample this surprisingly good Papa John's pizza that you speak of, and sadly will not get the chance in the future, either.

You see the movers picked up our stuff here in Maine this past week, coincidentally on April 1, but talked us into moving to St. Louis instead of Louisville.

After all a Saint trumps a ville, doesn't it?

On top of that, we understand that St.Louis is where the REALLY good beer is brewed, amirite?

This Bud's for you.
