Brownings would love to host your group :D
I do think some of the other suggestions are good as well-- I think O'Shea's would be crazy that night, imo.
We are have great food, and great beer at extremely reasonable prices.
Hope to see you soon.

I appreciate all the responses. I've forward my friend the link to this conversation so she can see all the options you guys have suggested. She told me they are considering moving back a day due to Patty's Day.

Brownings is a great suggestion. If I was charge, that's where the event would be. But I'm just the info middleman. I do think it is important to realize not everyone has the same zeal for local beer as I do.
Thinks the frosty mug is the low point in American history.

Hi Mathew,

If your budget allows $20 - $30 per person for complete dinner, call us at Saffron's: 502-584-7800. We will be happy to design a menu for your party.

Having worked at Saffron's, if Majid and his crew can arrange something that will please most of your party, I would definitely head in that direction. After all, that's where I learned how to cook the excellent basmati rice that I recently featured in my blog! The food is absolutely outstanding. Everything is so clean. You don't leave feeling like you just ate an entire buffalo.
