I'd kick you out. If your are simply bringing your own food because of non-health reasons, then there's no reason to do it. You think it would be wrong for them to ask you to leave or throw away your outside food? If health reason reasons are taken out of this equation.

Even with health reasons, no one needs candy for health reasons. It is their business, their rules, so I 'd say they could ask someone to leave. I have never seen it happen, but I don't go to the movies very often.

Tinsel town actually has coke in vending machines, so there would be little way to prove you were drinking from a 20 ounce bottle purchased in the vending machine or brought in...

but that said, the wife and I have a standing movie going order...

1 large popcorn
1 large rootbeer
1 pack twizzlers
1 pack sno caps (mix them with the popcorn)

Since most of the profit from the ticket goes back to hollywood, the concessions are how they make money...

So I have no problem with the expenditure, its part of the experience.
