Any particular flavor? They looked fantastic when I was last there, but I became irritated from everyone trying to "sell" me something and left.

Let's see... there was a teriyaki, bbq, plain roasted, and a traditional hot wing. You can mix and match a dozen for 5.99. I got three of each and demolished them in about 10 minutes with an Orange Crush (they have a nice selection of specialty sodas too but I elected to go old school). They also have whole chickens, turkey breasts, pork loins, bone in chicken breasts, ribs... I drooled.

I'm going to break rank here.....I like the one on Shelbyville better.....I will admit that it's not as large, but it is across the street from me, and of course Richard is there!

Now, I did enjoy the meat counter at Brownsboro. But the bakery at Shelbyville is layed out better.....

Just my humble, biased opinion

LOL, that is sorta crazy - but vendors are telling us at Sullivan that blueberries and grapes are getting ready to go through the roof (price-wise), because they often come from Chile.

Give me Paul's for produce over Fresh Market and Whole Foods. Not just that they're local (although that is important to me) but I think that their overall quality is better.

Afraid that Doll's will really suffer because of Fresh Market - same customer demographic and not nearly as sexy.

I've been stopping by Doll's quite a bit lately. I'm hopeful that Fresh Market doesn't "do them in". I've been to the new Fresh Market twice and really don't see anything that makes it a destination for me. Doll's is just as good and cheaper, Paul's is just as good and cheaper, Whole Foods is better and just about the same price-wise; however, I have no doubts that they will do real well in that location.

Actually, in real old Louisville tradition, it's where the Holiday Inn on Brownsboro Road was. :D
My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

Yeah, makes sense. I deal with copper prices in my line of work. They went up about 15% the day it happened and are creeping higher daily.

I was super excited to have one so close to home, but I was unimpressed and I doubt I'll go back. I can get better quality and prices at Kroger, Paul's and Doll's.
