We've rented out 300 Spring in Jeffersonville before and have brought food in for something just like this. Very nicely well done place if they are looking for something nicer to go to.

Second checking with the Crescent Center. Mellwood Arts also comes to mind as a possibility - they have a lot of different spaces available for rent, but I don't know about whether outside food is allowed.

The Henry Clay might be another option, perhaps in the lobby/atrium.
