Well, us Creekers won't be too picky. It's a nice, new, remodeled building that they have made a very considerable investment. I saw them installing a huge walk out cooler or freezer attached to the side of the building today, probably a $20k piece of equipment alone. I'd say they've spent at least $100k or more getting this old building looking good and remodeling, equipment, etc.
Given the investment, I'm sure they are confident and committed to this location.
And for us Creekers it's better than having an old shoddy, empty building. Some decent ice cream and desserts is better than nothing
