Hey Andrew, I just wanted to let you know that August Moon is still up to their old tricks. I was there tonight and I had $30 in rewards that I wanted to redeem. They told me I could only redeem 20% of the bill. Isn't there a way to make LO members all follow the same rule? The LO website says you can redeem up to $100 at any one visit. I was expecting to be able to redeem the $30 I had tonight. Thought you should know.
