Jackie, it's about 6-8 ounces of Old Forester. Here's the recipe I start with: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/ ... orn-230652. I doubled that, put some extra bourbon, some extra butter, and used red onion because Kroger was out of shallots.

This is James, El Esposo de Becky. I just wanted to say thanks for the great time... Yeah, I know it's been three weeks, but I have a little more time on my hands lately I also wanted to say thank you to all that took the time to chat with me, Steve, Ed, Robin, Bob.. those I can't remember and ladies.
