Not naming the place might serve to protect the guilty, but I could have sworn that you were at El Caporal on Preston. Ten years ago it was one of my favorite 'cheap, authentic Mexican, specials 1-26' places, but they have lashed me so hard on what constitutes a special, and what constitutes a coupon, I have not been back in years. Take a look at their parking lot during the lunch buffet and tell me if you would enter.

It would be empty these days, I believe. Didn't it close about a year ago?
