Went to the downtown farmer's market in Baltimore and among all the other food vendors they had a guy using one of the mobile crepe wagons - he had a line the entire time we were there. My daughter lives in Baltimore and goes every weekend and she says he is always busy. Speaking of farmer's markets - wish we would have a large one like that down at waterfront park under the 64 expanse at least once a month. It could be a great venue - I miss the Hay Market. :(

So, update -- we're in some negotiations with the property owner. It's ours if we want it but there are a couple of points we're sticking on, and I'm not sure if we'll come to agreement. We may find out today. In the meantime, I'm struck by the Byzantine process that is figuring out what you need to know and have to do and the order in which it must be done in order to legally sell food to people. sheesh! How great it would be if there were one web site with a checklist for opening a restaurant in Jefferson County.

This might just be a part of it that I had bookmarked for something specific.
However, surf around, and you should find all that you are looking for.
