I want to say thanks again to Mark and that more business owners should take such care in customer service!!!! Because of the way this was handled I will definitely give Cumberland another shot.

I hate to bring this back on topic... but I finally ate at Bunz last night, and it was as good as promised.

My fiancee and I ordered 2 cheese burgers, a large order of fries and 2 sodas for $19.00. It was well worth the price.

The burgers are huge and the fries were a crowd pleaser (they were a little too crunchy for me). Apparently they have seasoned fries, but we didn't know that until we noticed the sign walking out.

My one minor quibble is that they don't serve milkshakes. I didn't want a milkshake, but I expected them to be on the menu. That's probably unfair to Bunz, though.

Regardless... everything was excellent from the bun to the lettuce, tomato and onions. I wish it was closer, but I'm glad it's not (for health and self control reasons).

We may have to try Bunz. It's HARD to find a GOOOOOOD burger any more. I'll definitel y be looking this place up! I crave red meat.

About Cumberland, I used to go often but the service got spottier and spottier. It seems they have their "friends" that hang out while they are working many times. The last time I went (about two months ago), we came in and sat. Now I know it was a busy Friday night, but it was still somewhat early (around 7:30ish). We sat and sat and sat. Finally my friend went to the bar and asked if we could order. Now we were NOT upstairs or even in some place not to be seen. We were right near the bar! I have to agree tht in this economy having to pay for toppings on your sandwiche that, in my opinion, should be included is ridiculous. I do love the beer there.

As far as 360 goes.....Really?? You enjoy the food there??? When they first opened we went (honestly) weekly for a long time. My bf was all about the hookahs, so that's the only place he wanted for the longest. The food and service have progressively gotten worse over time. We still go there (if I can't beg for some where else) LATE night (1ish or later). The appetizer wraps (can't think of the name at the moment) have always stayed good. I hate the hummus being served with hard pita chips~! lol

We also "finally got to try Bunz" this weekend and WOW. What a burger! The wife and I both got Bacon Cheese Burgers and fries and were both terribly impressed by the whole operation. I love the set-up and concept! And the execution...well, this may be our new favorite burger in the city! The fries were piping hot and lightly seasoned just enough to make ketchup completely optional. The burgers were full of flavor and cooked to perfection!

Thank you Bunz! We'll see you again soon!
