Central Station J. Gumbo's was closed for lunch because all but one entrance to the Central Station center were blocked off due to the flooding.

But despite having gas lines working, the hood vents are off... And the kitchen quickly fills with smoke.
We tried that once at Asiatiqye a few years ago when the power went out.
3 tables left... Back up power on, no big deal right?
Open the back door raIn pouring in...

Well it was one of those nights that makes for good story to say the least.

Sounds like the kind of story I have when a fellow employee thought it would be a great idea to mix Bleach and Lime-A-Away. Apparently, he though it would make the floors more clean.

Back in the days of Deitrich's we had a dishwasher mix bleach and lime away together. Luckily we were not open yet as it took about 30 minutes to air out the kitchen!
