Would anyone else be up for a trip to the Kentucky BBQ company to investigate the relationship between barbecue and beer?

I could work with that ...

I'm getting close to being BBQ'd out for the summer but I think I could force myself to swill of couple of more beers and knaw on a few more bones. If I'm in town, we're "in".

I believe this is the necessary small step leading inexorably toward a great leap for mankind, at least in the case of carnivores and cerevisaphiles.

If I'm in town, count me in.

I think this would be the way to go initially. A smaller gathering to test the waters.

How many people? Our group consisted of 30+ people last time I went, but we informed the owner of our arrival.

It seems like we have a decent number so far for a small gathering.

Apparently the kitchen is open Monday-Saturday 11 AM-10PM.

To keep things rolling, I'm going to go ahead and toss out next Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd as options. Around 7 PM should give everyone a chance to get off work and make it over in plenty of time. If those don't work though, I'm very flexible.

We somewhat prefer Wednesday/22, which is clear on my calendar, but could probably make Thursday work by moving some other engagements aroune.

August is fine with me. How about Wednesday 5th, or Thursday 6th? 7 PM still.
