Re: Where to find the thinest of thin crust pizza in Louisville?

I was in St Louis last week and found a BONAFIDE wood oven Sicilian Pizza!! I took my college student and her 3 friends (who had never tried Neopolitan style pizza) and each one ate an entire pie. Sure was good!

What a fabulous looking website and menu. I'll have to go there next time we hit St. Louis.

Looks pretty cool. I don't remember that from my time there (and I lived relatively close), so it must be new.

I think this thread has been hi-jacked, but to keep it going, there is another VERY good wood oven place in St. Louis, in the Clayton area. Il Vicino. http://www.ilvicino.com/ilvicino/clayton.asp

It's sort of a mini-franchise, with 8 locations in Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, and New Mexico. It's very good wood fired pizza, and pretty nice inside with a good outside patio.

WE have a thin crust and the sausage that you are looking for, don't know if our thin is as thin as a Chicago thin but I think we can get pretty close, if you feel like venturing across the bridge I would like for you to give it a try and let me know what you think as we just started using this type of sausage. If you decide to give us a try please ask for me.

As much as I hate to say this, I think Salsarita's has the thinnest crust for pizza

Salsarita's has pizza? I thought it was a fresh-burrito joint!
