Well dude, Im upset that you are leaving but Im also glad we became friends. You and your wife along with Marcos and his family are the best. Your hospitality has always been top notch. I look forward to spending time down there sometime soon when you get settled and I get money and time off. Best of luck to you. I will try and get in there very soon so I can have one last great mojito and great food. Your going to be in paradise bro! You bette not lose my number or else! Thank you for bringing your talent to the city, you wont be forgotten

Fernando,

Thanks for bringing Havana Rumba and Mojito's to Louisville. We'll miss you here, and I wish you the best in your pursuits in paradise.

Thank you guys. Margarita Island is a wonderful place and really affordable you can rent an apartment with ocean view for a week for $300, beer is $0.20 so everybody is invited. I'm working with a group that is planning to open a 20 room Villa call "Villa Romance" that villas will go for $500 a week. We also have plans to open a Spanish and French restaurant. I hope to see many of you guy's there. Fernando.

So...what say we all about the first out-of-country offline? ;-)

Seriously though, shouldn't we forumites do a 'sendoff' for Fernando and Cristina the way we do it best....by eating? If everyone's up for it, I'm happy to play point; just need them to give us a date/time it works - either at Havana Rumba or at Mojito.....

I don't know if I can participate in a send-off or not. I love Mojito's as a more upscale restaurant. But I tell you, I would mourn more if we lost Havana Rumba. It is a treasure of a place--one of the things I have come to love here.
