I just wanted to say MUCHAS GRACIAS! My staff and I enjoyed hosting this event. Carolyne, it was a pleasure talking with you. You're a sweetie! Let me know when you're in next and I'll take care of those no carbs. Deb, you're awesome and you looked amazing. You're such an inspiration and big support to the restaurant scene. Maybe when things pick up, you can give me some direction on how to continue forward. Gary, it is always great seeing you. I truly miss working with you. Jackie, Catherine, Mandy, Tom, Heather, Richard, Suzi, Joeseph, Steve aka Mr. Rappa, thank you so much for coming in. Marsha and John I really appreciate your continued support. Phil and Donna You have become regulars and it means alot to me. I look forward to passover dinner this Monday. Gayle, You have been to every Latino wine dinner, and it means so much. Everytime I see you, I just want to give you a hug. Last but not least Robin and Mary THANK YOU for this forum. It is a great way to learn about happenings in the Louisville restaurant scene and a great tool, on how to improve on are mishaps. I might have forgotten a few names, but I am truly thankful for all your support.

I just wanted to say thank you again for a wonderful evening! Gary, great job on the organization, and as always, a big thank you to Robin for this forum. I was happy to see those I've met again, and put faces to a few of the others.

Chef Anthony, it was my first time at Seviche and I must say that I was quite impressed. I will certainly make a point in returning soon!

Sorry to revive an old and dying thread, but I had some problems lately with posting, and now that everything seems to be back to working for me, I just had to take the time to thank everyone for a great first offline event!

Also thanks to Steve for the ride. I'm pretty sure the second you saw the umbrella hat, you couldn't have been too worried about a serial killer. Ha!

Finally, thanks to Anthony for a spectacular meal. It was inspiring for me, literally. I'm hoping to at least crudely reproduce a couple of the appetizers for some friends over the summer on a hot evening.
(btw, What was the cheese on the first small tomato dish? I can't remember.)
