Heh-heh...Thanks Mark...I'm certain you would find a substitute for the word "admirable" if you saw my cholesterol count (yikes !!!). MOF the last time I went in for a physical the entire office staff wanted my autograph. Something about "we've NEVER seen numbers like this"

The top two are definitely bacon and peanut butter.
Then:
salmon (wild caught, broiled or grilled, med rare)
chicken (Tanglewood Farms)
rib eye (beef or buffalo)
spinach (baby, raw or sauteed)
coffee (Jackson's)
red wine (Cab or Old vine zin)
cheesecake (any flavor, as long as I make it)
peaches (falling off the tree ripe)

Following closely: butter, cream, spinach, olive oil and blueberries

WOW how can you limit to only ten... okay I'll try,

CHEESE!!! hard, soft, burned, or melted
Crusty bread,
Strip steak
Lime anything, hopefully spicy
Crab
Butter, burned please
Sausage - chorizo, andouille, Italian, smoked, mmmm
Fresh produce... ex. tomato w/ S&p
Siracha, crushed red pepper, red hot
Eggs Benedict / Quiche / Breakfast in general

So I cheated a little bit, such is life. Some have more needs that others.
