Le Gallo Rosso is good, but the menu is extremely small. The portions are enormous (chances are you will take home enough to eat one or two more meals) and the price isn't bad. I have heard some people complain that the sauce tastes too sweet though.

If your budget is even smaller (or if you don't want to deal with reservations) you can try Tuscany. They have a large menu, and don't be put off simply by the fact that it's in a shopping center, the food is very good (definitely better than Olive Garden) and I've never received bad service there.
