We decided to brave the weather and grab some good carryout from the new Lou Lou.

I had the gumbo to celebrate Mardi Gras, and my friend had the gyro roll (I think that's what it was called).

As my friend puts up with hospital food at odd hours on most days, she was quite excited for good food she did not have to cook. She keep commenting that the fries were especially good. The gumbo was good as well.

Thanks for the PMs, Marsha.
Thinks the frosty mug is the low point in American history.

Paul Mick wrote:Shah's Mongolian Grill near 65 and Warnock is fantastic. About 5 dollars for a good selection of vegetables and tofu (if you like it) and 1 meat. Extra meats cost 1 dollar more. Then they customize the sauce for you and fry it up on a hibachi grill. The food is inexpensive, fast, and delicious. Whenever I take food to my girlfriend (she lives near campus), I almost always go to Shah's.

Good to know! I see this place every day going to work and have wondered about it. Glad to know it's worth checking out.

I fixed the link to my king cupcake picture! Sorry about that.

Glad you two enjoyed the food, Matthew!
