There was also some sort of fire at Champion's in the Marriot Downtown yesterday.
When I drove by around 3pm (unknowing of the Mimosa fire), there was a fire truck outside, firefighters at the door, and a side door open with what looked like the sprinkler system pouring water from the ceiling and down the street.
Just now when i drove by, i saw a gentleman standing inside - looking as if the place was open, but i did notice some signs on the door... Couldn't read them though.
Fortunately, it doesn't appear that any major damages were suffered.
