So it appears Tubby's is ready to re-open. The windows are clear, the horrid NASCAR decor is gone inside and there's a now hiring sign in the front window. I drove past it tonight and all the lights were out but two people were sitting inside.

I am kind of a big deal.

Tubby's has re-opened, last Friday was our first night working out all the bugs this week and hopefully will be at full force next week, as was suggested in some previous replies, starting next week we will also be offering wheat crust on a limited daily basis until things get going and you can have your choice of straigh mozz or a mozz/prov blend, kurt sorry but not going to do any gourmet pies currently but I will in the future when business gets going.

I will try this wheat crust next week, if I can catch it.

Anyone have a phone number for Tubby's? The only one I can find has been disconnected. I am guessing it is the old one. THanks!

My household ordered from the new Tubby's Monday night. The lady that took our phone order was very helpful as we did not know if the menu had changed. Though it has been awhile since our last Tubby's experience, it seems as the both the sauce and cheese has changed and for the better. We will probably place another order next week to try out the new wheat crust option.

Good morning all. Well, with the apparent permanent demise of Oak St. Pizza, I needed a new pizza place for events with my youth group. After I saw this discussion of Tubby's, I thought we would give them a try. Ordered six large pies ( 2 each of sausage, pepperoni, and cheese) and they were REALLY good. Nothing gourmet or anything, just good pizza. The sauce had good flavor and I particularly enjoyed the mozz/provolone blend as I had never had it before. THe kids also really enjoyed it and not once did I hear anything about Papa Johns or Pizza Hut, which is somewhat unusual. as I am a sausage pizza guy, I must say that what they are using is good. There is some really bad sausage pizza out there. All in all, I would encourage you to go give them a try. When I picked up the pizza I saw that they do have a lunch buffet, so maybe that would be a good way to go check out what they are offering. I must also had that Steve was very nice and helpful. Great job guys!
