I guess I don't get this. I LOVE TJ's and grew up going to one in Tucson where I'm from. The one I went to was on the north end of "town" (actually out of city limits) in an area just like the East End.

That's not TJ's style. They find a vacant location (usually an old grocery store) that they can get a very reasonable rent to keep their overhead down. I don't believe I've ever seen one move into a new space.
