A couch in Andy's house.
Ryan IS worth his weight in gold and we are (hopefully) back on track to make Carly Rae's a destination for those in need of some really cool beer, music, and food! Thank's for the cudoes Brandon and do stop in as we need to chat!!-DaveBrand McGowan wrote:Wow! I had heard from the grape vine that Dave had taken the head chef job at Carly Rae's. They are a lucky bunch to have such an experienced and talented guy making the food. Honestly, the restaurant really needed some quality and competence added to their dishes since their open, and Dave is a perfect fit . I'm truly excited, i'm going to come in and have dinner. It's just a shame I couldn't have worked along side you. Louisville needs a serious beer and cuisine establishment. Can't wait to see what you have cooked up .
I also heard Ryan McGuill is the front of house.Worth his weight in gold. He does the work of three people and can still charm every table in the place. Also ,one of the best guys i've come across.
Looks like Carly Rae's is on the definate up and up. Good luck this summer, it's going to be busy!
