Doogy,
I checked out the website and the place looks interesting. I have never heard of it? Who is the owner or the chef? How was the meal?

Kurt, I had never been to the place and came away totally amazed. The cafe is actually located within the glass gallery. I am going to include some pix with my post, but they do it no justice whatsoever. I can't answer your questions about the owenr and the chef. We (mom, my sis and her family) had reservations for 1pm but arrived about 12:30 to look at all the glass art. The food was served buffet style and received great remarks from our entire party. My 16 year old niece told me that I did a great job picking out Hawksview and my mom just went on and on about the whole experience.

That looks awesome, Doggy! Glad you treated your mom so well on Mother's Day. (I beat my bro and sis by treating my mommy like the queen she is for the day!!!) I'll definately want to check out the gallery some day soon.

Thanks Jackie. This place now holds a special place in my heart. I e-mailed the staff to thank them for our brunch and they offered this reply.

Dear Doug,

You are very welcome! We were delighted to have you and hope you visit us again soon.

Wishing you the best,
Scotty, Audra, Esther, Kent,
Karen, Berni, Therese

I really hope not too many people descend upon the cafe because it may ruin the quaintness. Is that a word? Well, since I authored this very few people will give it a gander, so I feel Hawksview will still be a hidden jewel. Yes, there is a purpose to everything in life. Now I am off to Shiraz. Falafel rulz.
Great food along with great company is truly one of lifes best treasures.
