Aren't those no-bakes gargantuan? The sugar cookies looked delicious ( I do LOVE a good sugar cookie), and I have been wondering about the pretzel bread. Glad to know it's good. We may have to pick up a few breakfast items for my husband's folks when they come to visit us in a couple of weeks.

I think I'm gonna try this place out tomorrow. Looking forward to try out their sticky buns as I've not had (what I consider to be) a decent one around here yet.

The sticky buns were more like cinnamon rolls with caramel frosting. They were really good, but that's not a sticky bun, and not what I was looking for. Also tried the plain glazed and their Apple Cinnathings, both of which were pretty darn good.

Tried this place out over the past weekend, and I will certainly be back. The owner was wonderful, and sent me home with lots of tasty treats to sample. I ordered some cookies and a slice a Tiramisu for the wife...they were wonderful, as were the biales (sp?), pretzel bread, some chocolate and cherry monstrousity, and everything else. I'm heading back tonight to try some more of their breads.

If you get a chance, please support this place! DD

I stopped by this past Wednesday for a box of goodies to take to a dinner event. I got the tiramisu, a couple of cannoli, a big slice of gooey brownie and something I forgot the name of. Everything was great! I like the wide variation of desserts they offers as opposed to 4 or 5 simple variations on a theme like some bakeries do. In also liked that they were open til 7 in the evening. I will go back again,.....and again and again.

Anyone know anything about the small, round rolls sold by Small Times Bakery? They're rather plain, pale, not very sweet, but brushed on top with a clear, sweet glaze. Do you know what they're called?

A client sent us a box of them as a gift.

I tried to look at their website, but it's apparently not operational at this time.
http://www.smalltimesbakery.com is what's on the top of the box, but that didn't work for me.

Oh yeah, I still have to try this place. Thanks for the reminder! I am having visions of pretzel bread dancing in my head.

The site has been down for a long time. Phone # 4515499. Family owned bakery owned by the SMALLS. Nice place.

Just got off the phone with Amy at Small Times Bakery. She couldn't have been any nicer. She knew exactly what I was talking about since she was the one who delivered the box to us. They are Chai Tea Rolls.

VERY tasty!

Amy's got to be one of the more talented bakers ever. She really goes the extra mile for her clients. Be sure to try her pretzel bread. Oh, her cupcakes are huge and they have doughnuts in marvelously different flavors.
