Viet Hoa supermarket on Preston had hundreds of bags of rice when I was there last week.

I was a Happy Camper to go to the Happy Dragon yesterday evening on Taylorsville near the Gene Snyder in the Kroger plaza. There were quite a few people there. I was told that they had just reopened about a week ago. I hope others are following suit.
