You are correct, thanks. Menu is on their FB page. The first time I had spicy miso it had some strength, not so after that. I guess I will go to (descend) to Hell Ramen on my next visit.

It's really a nice heat level. Not so hot you lose out on all the flavor, but hot enough that you know you're being punished. The only thing I've had hotter is the chicken thukpa that I got extra hot at Kathmandu Kitchen.
