Morris' Deli has Father's Country ham sliced by the lb ( and a great country ham sandwich), and you can buy the whole beautiful ham from them too.
If you are looking for restaurant use, I highly recommend talking to The Curehouse/ Woodlands Pork. Chef Jay Denham's pork is exceptional; his country ham is essentially incredible Kentucky prosciutto. jay (at) cure-house.com. If you use it , I'll come special just for that.
