OK....So here's the deal. If you live in or are from an area where the words/phrases like; "Ya'll", "Bless your heart" or "How's yer mom and them" are used routinely (here for example)...You have NO fricking business being on the roads during -ANY- kind of winter whether event. Just go home, flip on a rerun of Dukes of Hazard and wait it out. The rest of us will be MOST appreciative.
