There is a second Christie's location due to open in Radcliff later this month. It is at the corner of Dixie Highway and WalMart Way.

We stopped in at Christie's for lunch Saturday. They were busy but not swamped. I got a bowl of bean soup and cornbread, I like to order that when it is on the menu on a first visit cause if it is messed up or canned that is a good judge for me...this was neither , homemade with lots of ham fried cornbread. Hubby got the chili loaded with noodles onions and cheese for a small up charge and a hot dog on the side, son got the country fried burger...hamburger breaded, deep fried served on a bun with white gravy fries on the side. Service was very attentive with 2 waters and a diet soda total was 27 bucks and change that included a 5 dollar tip.
We will be back.

Lots of folks in Radcliff/Fort Knox are thrilled that Christies is coming in, since I've been talking about how good the food is. We're always looking for good places for lunch, and Pizza Hut and Jerry's just aren't cutting it.
