I suppose it is our turn to be in the barrel so I am here to address any issues you may have had. I don't think anyone is blaming Brian. If anything we are quite supportive of our wait staff. Checking with Brian we had quite a few big parties that night which was rare for a Tuesday. I think it had something to with the fall break for public schools and so families were out in force. Juggling a lot of big parties in this small restaurant dining room is challenging for even an experienced host. Brian is here to stay and we are prepared to help him along.
For the service issues raised by the other gentleman. It so frustrating because our clientele is so loyal and frequent visitors to the restaurant. I can't tell you why some customers have had nothing but bad luck and the rest excellent.
Anyway, we will keep trying to improve.
