And truly, if you haven't tried a burger from Grind Gourmet Burger Food Truck, get on the stick. Even their veg burger is amazing. They grind and hand-patty all their burgers. They have the veg and three regular burgers, plus a revolving special. Last time I went mine was topped with bone marrow butter.

EDITED TO SAY: I didn't mean to step on Bill and Suzanne's burger recognition, they really deserve it. The Shady Lane burger is an unbelievably great example of a true American classic.
