*sigh* of course you're right - I just wanted to say it's right there if you're headed downtown. Fail.

Is there anywhere else in Louisville beside Dizzy Whizz that has carhops?

The Sonics have carhops sometimes on roller skates in most locations.

our closest Sonic went away (up at Bardstown near the Watterson). I guess the nearest one now is the one on lower Preston by Dine Company?

Nope, that one is gone, too. :( There is one on Winkler near Rodman.

There's one in Crestwood and I guess the one in the Tinsel Town shopping center is still there. ( Westport Rd)

I went there for the first time ever a few weeks ago. I loved it. I love grungy diner type of places. The food was good, the characters patronizing the place were interesting too. Will go back. I can't wait to take my daughter there. :)
