If they were a "standard" restaurant, it would not stop me from trying them; I'd never have brought it up.
However, they are advertising themselves not as a standard restaurant, but as a place that is detail oriented to monitor each and every ingredient going in to the nutrition of your food, and to me that's a different standard.
I'm reminded of the dessert place near Corner Cafe that for a year advertised desserts without sugar or fat, was shipping nationwide, promoted on Oprah, et al, and then suddenly discovered that such ingredients as olive oil and others really contained fat after all!
