David, it would be really cool if you would put on a to-do sometime that would start with a tour of your operations followed by a talk while we sampled a core of the beers you brew.

Hey, I'm the owner of Beer Engine that Dr Pierce mentioned. This forum seems like a really cool site. I see a lot of names I know on here and I look forward to getting to know the rest of you.
Yes we are going to be opening a brewpub in the old zeppelin building in schnitzelburg. And it definitely needs a lot of TLC. Shane, we do intend to keep one or two beers on cask at all times. I love English beer and will always advocate for English styles in my brewery.
