Dear Potato Flakes,
I'm sorry that I shunned you. I thought I was too good for you. I just didn't understand how to arouse your sensual awesomeness. Now I do. I love how all that goodness fits in your tight little package.

Please forgive me.

Dear "Better Cream"
Why have you been hiding from me all my life? Why have you been such a mystery, trying to pretend to be some exotic hard to prepare filling for pastries and toppings for cakes? When all along you have been there waiting albeit a bit pricey in my GFS freezer case , temptress that you are...you will have your revenge on my Blood Sugar!!

Dear Gary Z

This may well become the most-viewed and posted thread in the history of the forum.

Good Job!

Dear Stephen D.,

I can't take credit. Like I said, I've seen it done on other sites. But it's fun because you can use it in so many different ways. Plus, you can respond to other people's posts directly without unnecessary, repetitive quotations. Like I'm doing now.

And since I'm already posting...

Dear State of Kentucky...

Stop fu*#ing with I-71. Every time you tell me you're done, I'm stuck in gridlock again on a Saturday.

Dear Harvest,

I enjoyed your food, but I now have tinnitus.

Please provide bullhorns so the people across the table can hear me in your restaurant.

Dear TARC,

Does the HVAC system on the bus have any settings in between Meat Locker and Hades?

Dear North End Cafe,
I am so sorry for my lunch companion yesterday and her outburst, I really did not find anything wrong with her sandwich but trust me it was better the way you dealt with it and just took it away and off our check. My lunch of Sesame noodle salad with Salmon was wonderful and I will be back I promise never to bring my sister with me. I am very sorry!

Dear Teachers from Kindergarten thru High School,

While our children may not have always appreciated your efforts to teach them something and hold them responsible for getting work done, I do. You have one of the most important jobs there is- to help us raise responsible, educated adults. Thanks for everything you do (despite low pay and needing more resources)- you make my job look easy.

Dear Courier-Journal – I have found I can live with out the CJ, so have most of my friends. The mis-spellings, misinformation, poor journalism have made this decision a lot easier than I thought. Tying the paper subscription to a compulsorary on-line to raise the rates is the last straw. Now after we all drop you like a hot rock, how will you inflate your numbers to your advertisers – the free dreck you litter the town with does not count!!

No love here,
