This tar-baby has a cost over run in the multiple millions and bankruptcy within ten years written all over it.

Interestingly, a lot of people are saying the same thing about the Yum. <shrug>

Honestly I don't keep my thumb on the pulse of any of this stuff but from what media reports I've read, the jury is certainly still out on this one (and likely will be for a few more years).

The only difference is that if the YUM Center goes belly up the taxpayers are going to be stuck paying the entire bill instead of the ever increasing annual supplement we are now paying! It's funny how the projections for something like this are always so rosy they never come to fruition after the fact.
